  • Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

    Due to the nature of our products, we do not provide this option.
  • Are there any additional/hidden delivery costs?

    For deliveries within the European Union, the United States of America, Australia, Russia, there are no extra costs, apart from those indicated clearly on your order. For other countries, usually there are no extra charges, but we cannot guarantee nor predict any possible additional tax and/or customs fees applied, which depend on those countries’ trade law).   • Do you deliver to my workplace / office?

    We deliver to any valid postal address, including your office. In case of delivery to your workplace, please make sure that someone will be available to receive the package on your behalf.
  • What if I am not present at the time of delivery?

    No need to worry! You will either be contacted again by the courier service or will be left a note with your delivery voucher code in order to contact the local postal office when you are back and arrange an appointment.
  • How can I track my order?

    Each order is followed by a unique voucher code along with a web address (link) provided by the courier / post office, where you will be able to track the status/location of your parcel.
  • Can I modify/edit my order, as well as the delivery address?

    In case you need to change your order or other information regarding your delivery, after it is placed, please contact us through the “Contact Us” form, with the changes you need, as soon as possible.
    Important note: Changes on your order can be placed only while your order is on “Placed - Under Review“ status.
  • I have not yet received my order. What do I do?

    First of all, please check your Junk/Spam folder for any email containing the word “natylle”. You might find an email notification/update regarding your order there. If you have registered in our website, please log-in and check for the status of your order and delivery in your “MyAccount” area. If there appears to be an error or cannot figure out the status, please contact us through the “Contact Us” form.
